Code Of Conduct

- Respect others at all times – fellow members, event staff, and site owners.
- Keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (10:30pm – 7:30am).
- Follow all site rules and leave no trace – keep pitches tidy and dispose of waste properly. - Pets are welcome but must be kept under control and cleaned up after.
- Use campfires or BBQs responsibly and only in designated areas.
- Supervise children at all times – their safety is your responsibility.
- Drink responsibly and behave in a respectful, inclusive manner.
- No aggressive, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour will be tolerated.
- Respect the Club’s reputation when wearing branded gear or attending public events.
- Breaches may lead to warnings, event removal, or membership termination.
