Complaints Procedure
Try to resolve complaints directly with the site owner/manager first.
- If unresolved, submit a written complaint to the Club Secretary.
- Complaints about the Secretary are handled by the Club Chairman.
- Serious or unresolved matters may be referred to Natural England.
- Emergencies must be reported to the relevant emergency services.
- Serious non-emergency issues can be reported 24/7 to the Club Secretary.
- Include evidence (photos/videos with timestamps) whenever possible.
- All complaints will be investigated fairly and responded to within 14 days.
- Ongoing or serious breaches may lead to immediate withdrawal of site certification. - The Club may act quickly if necessary to protect members or reputation.
